How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for metropolitan areas and 5-7 business days for the rest of the country. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships.
What is Mokobara's return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused products in their original packaging. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return or exchange through our online portal.
Does Mokobara offer a warranty on luggage and bags?
Yes, our luggage comes with a limited 5-year warranty, and our backpacks and handbags carry a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and popular digital wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for select pin codes.
How do I clean and maintain my Mokobara products?
For hardshell luggage, use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. For fabric bags, we recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive scrubs.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placement. Once the order has moved to the processing stage in our warehouse, we are unable to make further changes.
